What
are the best pipe and conduit layout patterns and configurations?
At the most generalized level:

Leave a small amount of space around each pipe or conduit
to facilitate usage, repairs, and modification.
2. Where multiple rows of conduit chases are employed, install
each row so that it is at a different height than the next.
